Instructions for oral presentations

 

Each oral presentation will last 15 minutes and will be followed by 5 minutes of questions. Prior to the session, speakers should contact the session chair / organizer to load the presentations.

 

Instructions for posters

 

Posters should be in A0 portrait format (width 84 cm x height 119 cm).

Abstract submission

Final submission deadline: March 3, 2024.

2-page summary in IEEE double-column format. Details are given in the template.

In order to submit your contribution, you will need to authenticate yourself on the site:

  • if you already have an account on one of the CCSD sites (Sciencesconf, HAL, Episciences), you can use that one;
  • if not, create an account.
